SICK HYENAS

"For years, Hamburg's Sick Hyenas have been delighting garage rock fans and psychedelic lovers alike with their blend of proto punk and surf rock. After two albums, the band released their latest single on Rookie Records in 2023. 'Sleepless Nights' is a killer track in the vein of bands like Black Lips or Night Beats but also a love letter to 1960s garage pop when guitars were oozing with reverb and acid-fueled teenage angst."

MOOON (NL)

"Entering the world of MOOON is like stepping inside a time machine. The young power trio, comprising brothers Tom and Gijs de Jong and their cousin Timo van Lierop, takes the listener with them to the Golden Age of pop music: the psychedelic boom of the 60's and 70's. That very listener will want to fasten their seatbelts, because the good ship MOOON is about to set foot at its third destination."

AFTERSHOW: DEE CEE & SIR VIVOR (Upon My Soul),

                 FETTPILLE (Funk/Psych)

SATURDAY MAY 25

THE ROARING 420s

"Hailing from Germany The Roaring 420s are playing a wild melange of psychedelia and surf music. Their debut LP 'What is Psych?' has been released on Stoned Karma Records in 2014 and has delighted critics and fans alike. The Roaring 420s went on to found their own label It's a Gas! Records and released their second album 'You Can't Get Out Alive' in 2015 followed by several extensive tours across Europe and the US."

THE TAMBLES (NL)

"With years of live and studio experience, everything has come together in an album that captures the essence of The Tambles. 'In The Hive' is rock 'n' roll at its best, expressed in punchy songs that are so catchy that your Chelsea boots will start to move during the
countdown. [...] 'In The Hive' is spicier and sharper than ever, without distancing themselves too far from The Tambles' iconic sources of inspiration like The Rolling Stones, The Kinks and Creedence
Clearwater Revival for the avid listener."

FOREST RAY (US)

"If you want to put a fine enough point on it, Forest Ray’s often rootsy, very handmade sound could be dubbed Americana. But the Seattle band infuses that foundation with trips to the psych-rock well, and some classic pop-song construction. Lead singer/guitarist/principal songwriter Peter Sumic’s terrific, affecting tunes often sound like The Band covering Beatles songs no one knew existed." - Artist Home

"The band is currently one of Seattle’s most active bands in the psychedelic and folk rock genre" - It's Psychedelic, Baby

AFTERSHOW: SUZY CREAMCHEESE (Pleasure Seeker's Club, Berlin),

                 ELECTRIC KOOL-AID KLUB (60s Psych/Beat/RnB)
